Tony Harris

I have a BA (Oxon) in English Language and Literature (2010) and an MA (Res) in Medieval Studies (2012) and am currently progressing a PhD in medieval vocabulary. However I am a mature student and prior to entering academia I was an imaging scientist for many years and have over 25 years experience in digital imaging and associated patents. My expertise is focused on digital imaging pipelines, digital capture, colour spaces, rendering and halftoning and image display and compression. My interests lie in digital origination, image conversion, digital editions and problems associated with the digital capture of early manuscripts.
